William Hood and Company is looking to add an experienced Analyst or a first-year Associate to our NY-based investment banking team.

The Role

Analysts and associates gain valuable experience working across the health and wellness and beauty sectors and assist with all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process, from the initial pitch through to the transaction close. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the development of client presentations (e.g., pitches, CIMs), synthesizing meaningful insights from market research, developing detailed financial analyses, and actively participating in internal and client-facing meetings. We always encourage team members to own workstreams and to “stretch-up” into leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with one or two years of investment banking, business development or operational finance experience. Experience working in consumer is a plus but not a requirement.

Other Considerations

Our team works together in our Manhattan office Monday – Thursday and is (and will always be) remote on Fridays. The months of August and December are also fully remote.
