We are offering all Registered Reps a 100% payout and 100% WFH. We are a startup and equity packages will be provided to all 1st year hires. We aim to hire an additional 30 RR over the next 2 months. Only applicants with a clean Series 7 and portable AUM will be considered. Through the use of our proprietary technology our goal is to change the Full Service Broker Dealer model to be Better for Clients & Better for Advisors.
